USE OF AKALP IN UAE
AKALP products are widely used in ABROAD. In the United Arab Emirate At city Sharjah one of the highly influenced international treading company “Health and Care” treading company Dr. Basheer has conducted the trials for Akalp-ss and Akalp-ww for a period of one week and the trials are found to be successful in deodorization of city solid waste and waste water drainage.
About 400MT per Day City waste is generated in the Sharjah City. The city waste is collected and transported at the dumping yards out side the city and the waste is used for formation of fertilizer after segregation of non-biodegradable matter with the help of conveyer belt. The waste is high obnoxious odor and the atmosphere in the vicinity also smells dirty. The AKALP-SS in the dose of 0.5 % was Sprayed uniformly on the batch treatment of city waste on conveyer belt operation, as the operation is continuos for 24 hours. The action of deodorization took place only 2 minutes in the batch treatment .It is also experienced that the cockroaches, flies, etc. have also removed after the application of AKALP-SS spray.
The surrounding atmosphere was also deodorized by spraying the Akalp-ss. Daily in TWO times in the morning and in the evening. The spray of Akalp-ss liquid has helped in controlling the evolution of toxic gases, and pathogens from the city waste.
DAILY REQUIRE MENT OF AKALP –SS: - The deodorization of 400MT of city waste required 2 liters concentrate of Akalp –Ss which has diluted in 400 liters of water in the proportion of 1:200
The expenditure required for deodorization of 1kg. Waste is $0.75
The formation of fertilizer took Two weeks and it is sold in the market $ 10 per kg. Hence net profit is $9.25 /kg.fertilizer.USE OF AKALP IN INDIA
In INDIA the AKALP-SS is widely used for deodorization.
The trials have conducted at Nashik and Aurangadad.
It is proved that Akalp-ss is very safe for use, in floor mopping, one of the eminent user MRS. ULKA DHOPESHWARKAR. Has used the Akalp-ss in spray form, which totally controlled the Cockroaches, house lizards. The spraying of Akalp-ss has controlled within 20 minutes. And spread the pleasant ROSE fragrance in the house and remained till 8 hours. It is also very ECONOMIC as there is only 10ps.per day.
Another Bhandup- Bombay regular customer Shri Namdeo Jadhav has haply told that he has applied the Akalp-ss on meters borders all side and surprise that he controlled all bed-bugs with the application of Akalp-SS in only 10 minutes
AKALP-WW
The another product AKALP-WW has successfully used in the deodorization of 110 ML of sewage water discharged per day in the creek. The quantity used for the deodorization of Akalp-ww is about 30 liters. 250 ml. Akalp-SS is for 10,000 liters.
The cost of treatment is 3500 AED per day for the treatment
Of 110ML. And 0.023AED per liter.
AKALP-CONC.
Akalp-conc. Is mainly used in the deodorization of poultry , pigegry, stables, and in the cattle sheds. The concentration used for spraying is 10%. The action time is 3 minutes. Deodorization helped in maintaining good hygienic conditions and increase in the production.
The cost per liter is Rs. 50 and one liter spray is required for 300 sq. ft. area.
